No, we cannot accept images of your identity documents through email.
In the interest of security and privacy, you are required to provide any image of your identity document within your online application.
Once you reach the Verified Identity section of your application, there are two options available.
- Upload an existing file (image) of your identity document from either a scanned image or photo you have previously taken
- Take a photo of your identity document using your mobile device camera, or a webcam
