A Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check certificate will display your personal details; your name, date of birth and current address, and the result of your police check.
If your check result does not have historical police information or no information that can be disclosed, your certificate will display ‘No Disclosable Court Outcomes’.
If your check result does have historical police information, your certificate will display ‘(#) Disclosable Court Outcomes’, and will list out any disclosable historical police information in detail.
Disclosable court outcomes could include, but aren’t limited to, the following list of things:
- Court convictions including penalties and sentences
- Charges
- Court appearances
- Findings of guilt without conviction
- Good behaviour bonds or other court orders
- Traffic offences
- Matters awaiting court hearing
Will convictions recorded in other states appear on my certificate?
Yes, a Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check will display all relevant and releasable historical police information, which includes convictions across all states and territories in Australia.
