A dispute occurs if you (the Applicant) believe the result of your check to be incorrect, or should not have been released.
To dispute your check result, or if you have any questions regarding your result, please contact our friendly support team, and outline your reasons for the dispute. You cannot dispute your result directly with ACIC.
If you wish to dispute your result, please provide as much information about your claim for dispute as possible, including any documentation that supports your claim.
