How long do you keep the results of my check for?

Certsy is a government accredited by ACIC, and as such, has to meet their security requirements. We are required to delete the record of your Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check, including any record of the result (including certificates) after a certain period of time. Due to this, we do not keep a record of your check certificate for greater than 12 months.
