Access to your Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check result

We enable you to control who you share your result information with and we do not disclose your result or certificate to anyone without your permission. 

However, there are some people who may have access to your personal information and check result, who are involved in the police check lodgement process. These include: authorised police staff involved in the police check assessment process, authorised ACIC staff to support accredited bodies when processing the check, and authorised staff of Certsy, whom request the check and receive the result. All authorised Certsy staff have been trained in how to deal with your personal information, and ensure that all trained staff adhere to our internal procedure regarding the handling of personal information securely.
