In order to avoid a delay in your police check or the verification of your credential, here are some tips to help ensure the image you provide is not rejected:
The images you provide must be in colour. We cannot accept black & white photocopies of your ID, and your image will be rejected if you provide black & white image.
The images you provide must be clear and legible. You must ensure your image is not blurry, and the document information, and/or photo of you is clear and can be read without difficulty. We cannot accept images where the information of your document cannot be authenticated, and your image will be rejected if you provide an image that cannot be read.
In the images you provide of your identity documentation, the document must not be obstructed in any way. You must ensure that your hand, or any other object, does not obstruct the document itself. We are required to sight the document in its entirety, so if you provide an image where the document is obstructed, the image will be rejected.
In the images you provide of your identity documentation, you must ensure you capture the entire document in the frame of the image.We are required to sight the document in its entirety, so if you provide an image where the document is cut off and not displayed in its entirety, the image will be rejected.
