If you have updated your police check application but your application is still saying update required when you view the card on your dashboard, it is likely that you have not yet re-submit your application for processing after making the required update to your application.
If this is the case, all you need to do is click back into your application, and navigate through each section (by clicking the save & continue button) until you reach the Review Order section. Once there, you will need to agree that you have read and understood the Certsy Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, and give our consent for Certsy to request a National Police History Check on your behalf and submit your application. Once you have submit your application, we can continue with the processing of your police check.
