My passport has expired. Can I still use it to verify my Right to Work?

Australian citizen

To verify your Right to work, you must provide a passport that is valid and current (i.e. not expired). If you do not have a valid and current Australian Passport, you can submit either an Australian Birth Certificate or Australian Citizenship Certificate.

Permanent resident or New Zealand citizen

If you are a permanent resident or New Zealand citizen, you cannot use your expired passport to verify your Right to Work with Certsy. Although it is not necessarily required that you obtain a new passport in order to maintain your visa, it is recommended that you do so if you wish to be able to verify your visa details online with third-party sites such as Certsy.
