This is a service provided by Certsy that enables job seekers and employees to verify their COVID-19 vaccination status and share this verified result with their employer or other nominated partners, such as SEEK.

A verified result will include the following information:

• Your name
• Vaccination status (partially or fully vaccinated)
• Date verified by Certsy

If you are invited to verify through your employer, we will also surface your most recent vaccination date.
