To verify your Forklift Licence, you will need to provide a High Risk Work Licencewith the relevant licence classes visible (LO & LF) as evidence of your Forklift Licence. 

A High Risk Work Licence is issued by state government authorities. To obtain a High Risk Work Licence with the relevant Forklift licence classes, consult the list below with the information for each state:
