What do I need to provide to verify?

To verify your Responsible Service of Alcohol training, you will need to provide one of the following documents:


Australian Statement of Attainment	USI VET Transcript
Vic Certificate of Completion	NSW Competency card

To access your USI VET Transcript:

Log into your USI account via the USI Student portal.
Select View VET Transcript.
Read and acknowledge the Transcript Disclaimer.
On the VET Transcript details screen, select a ‘Full Transcript’ or ‘Transcript Extract’.
Respond Yes to 'Do you want to create a viewable VET Transcript?'
Set a time limit for the VET Transcript to be viewable online by selecting a date or period.
Download the VET Transcript containing the selected training data (PDF format).
